Hi all

I Have a clutch on my 6120 that wont disengage properly.

This one is springloaded, it drives ok but gears are hard to get in.

I have a movie when pressing the clutch
but I cant upload it here.

Any tip would be nice.

it could be the lining off one of the drive plates has come loose and is inbetween two of the plates so it doesnt release properly . the only way to check is strip the clutch unit

Hi

The clutch is changed a few years ago, hasent worked properly since then.

New discs and alot of other parts.

Ah, not worked right since last done. The only one I had to sort was the same. Found a plate or disc (?) had dropped and was causing clutch drag.
My thought was it had been assembled in situ, on the shaft. I took the whole thing out turned it vertical and built it up that way. No parts needed worked like new.
But do check the easy outside things first.

you need a gearstick and a side cover and the fork that fits on the selector rail and a few hydraulic pipes on the bigger 6100 you can make a 3080 side cover fit but on the small ones like yours the clutch valve gets in the way. it can be done but there is a bit more work
dont ask they are very hard to find a kit

on the first photo there is a blanking plug at the bottom of the side plate you need to fit the temperature sensor and plug that spare connector to it then everything might work

the sensor in the center at the bottom of the side plate in photo 2 needs fitting to your other side plate . it senses the temperature of the oil if the oil is cold it stoppes the dynashift working

Moving the hose did work.
