Try swapping the linkage panel with another one to see if the anti bounce works.

Regarding the plough rising does your tractor have wheel slip control on it
Also check to make sure the lift cross shaft isn't slack making it move side to side
What number have you the draft sensitivity set to
Not sure. tractor does not have wheel slip control button in linkage panel but datatronic has the button. buttons in datatronic computer do not work either.

I had the sensitivity at 5, dont really know how it should be set.

Our 6480 had an issue when we bought it, would just pick the power harrow up while going down the field when it wanted too, we put a new rocker switch in, it didn't cure it, turned out to be the position sensor, we just unplugged it, cleaned it up put some electrical spray on it and it sorted it. Also on another 64 of ours one of the wires going down to the load sensing pins got trapped behind the ram, that also started playing havoc with the linkage, try a switch, wiring and plugs first, load sensing pins and sensors aren't cheap.
