Get sales from your grain merchant /coop and calibrate your self
I do this regularly
doing it once a year is not good practice all good grain labs check calibration daily
farmers can do the same at low cost

I compare it with my local grain store, but that is not good enough for my farm assurance chap who wants a piece of paper.

Buy some samples of a known mc% for the crops you grow, calibrate and record the result.

My assurance man is happy with a note in the diary showing I test the two marconies against each other and then use them to check the wile.

Just write it down it's all I do ,as said before they don't let us tell them the moisture of the grain they buy

They rarely tell us the moisture of the grain we have sold them….only if there is a problem!!
