Mrs doing the vat today, rings me up to say, a customer, that just happens to be a family member has paid an invoice and it,s £20 short. A mistake i said, no she said, the tight bast~urds have knocked off the transport cost of £20.
This was not a big job 49 bales and i had to travel 4 miles for the pleasure, hence the £20 transport charge. and i had to wait 6 weeks to be paid to rub salt in. They can f off next year. Does anybody else charge for road work?

Cannot deliver for nowt... Sounds like more of the attittude that you will do the job for nothing, as it's "Mates rates, Family and neighbours pricing"!

Not on to arbitrarily knock off anything from the Invoice, IMO.

Result two happy customers.

It was a Sunday too and rain was due that evening.
