On further research it appears that she might have finally been charged for some of her fraud just a few days ago!

It's been a long time coming but I am very happy to update you all with to-days news.......Lincolnshire police have charged Lisa Lombardi this morning with FRAUD

She has been released on bail until the 27th November, with conditions, one being that she is not to have any direct contact with her victims.

Huge thanks to everyone for your support, help and advice given on this forum.

I can confirm it is Lisa Lombardi on radio4 friday and someone said sat too, haven't had time to listen to the second one, I can also confirm that it is totally true that she has been charged with fraud released on bail to appear 27/11/2013 - feel free to ring Lincolnshire police to verify if you want to.

It was a PCMH, the court hearing where the charges are put to the defendant and then they plead guilty or not, by the looks of the link it lasted ten minutes, so an educated guess is she pleaded not guilty and there's gonna be a trial.

There is a trail date for Dec 2014 as she pleaded not guilty earlier this year, she is still trading on-line, so frustrating!
