I don't quite get some peoples view point

When your tractor mechanic comes out to fix your machine, he finishes up and goes on to the next job, it could well be another burst pipe same as yours for example, then by jove a call comes in to another dodgy spool valve, so off he plods to the next one
He doesn't phone in and say I've done spanner work already this morning, so I need a puncture to do please, or go back to yard to wash some kit

If you are a milker, you milk, and quite honestly anyone with that title is often best left to do that, instead of wrecking machinery or attempting fencing badly etc

Why did you employ a milker then?

I wouldn't have an issue with milking across 2 units.

It's the 12 on 2 off, 285 self employed contracts and split shifts that put me off.
