Without pointing fingers as I don't know the facts,so do you see the problem with you or the staff member?I used to have problems with staff but has been said shouting at them isn't the way forward.I aren't suggesting you do by the way,merely pointing out it was me not them in my caseim trying to get him to think for himself n do jobs to a good standard, apperently he does anything anybody else asks
