Neighbour is considering one as a loader tractor, would you spec TLS on a tractor that only really does loader work? Cracking looking tractor, ive only driven a Valtra with front suspension and a loader and it was hard to be precise with it.I presume you can turn it off on an M series.

You soon get used to tls I wouldn't be without it on our 6430 I would also spec suspension on the loader as it can be turned off but tls can't be unless you're basically stopped

Got cab and TLS on my 6125r with an mx loader also with suspension , I sometimes turn the cab suspension off when doing short cycle work but have never found the need to turn the TLS off ,also never tuned the loader suspension off either .The same was true when I had a 6330.
Had a quick drive of the new 6120m a couple of months back , very nice tractor but I would spec without cab suspension if putting a loader on as it's mechanical so can't be turned off and gave a lot more rock on short cycle direction changes than on the 6r , outside of that would say it's as comfortable as the hydraulic cab suspension

My, my old chap, praising a John Deere, have we been on scrumpy this Friday????

Joking a side those new John Deere 6120M do look a very smart loader tractor for us livestock boys as just a nice capable size. Are Smallridges running a 6120 demo now? Haven't seen their rep for a while to ask.

The old 130 m with loader was £70 k in 18 so I suspect it's mega money!
Looks better now as a loader tractor getting rid of the konk bonnet!

Mabe that statement about expensive repairs should be promptin you to change colour :p
Been thinking about that, its the only big repair weve had in 30 years of Case/McCormick/NH tractors, had several £1500 repair bills for damper plates, brakes etc, never touched an engine tho.JD would have certainly had head gasket and turbos, egr valves etc so no different probably.
