When recording a boundary, where is the record point ? The dome, the leading edge, or trailing edge of the implement ?
Am getting some funny shaped corners and wondering how to improve the job

When coming to a corner are you pausing it? I find it works best if you pause as you come into corner. Then turn and back into corner and start recording again.

I presume you've it set on square headland? Also to improve corners, increase the min turn radius in settings.

This squares them off too. I haven't used anything else but the way it works in corners isn't very good in my opinion.

Yes, pausing in the corners , then backing into the corner as far as I can and going again.
And yes, using square headland, that’s anotjer thing that annoys me, the way it veers off in the corners rather than keeping a true square 🙄

Yeah, it's frustrating I've spoken to them about it and no answers..

It doesn't always do it, but can't pinpoint the cause.

Another moan I have, is when you have a short run between two corners, it records the boundary but when you switch to field swath it only shows in round headland, leaving a gap if in square mode 🙄

The boundary is set from the width of implement you have selected, only options are left or right. I usually just drive as tight as I can into the corners when doing a boundary, I don't use field mode for guidance though, just have a path for each run.

Never got on with recording boundaries as too many overhanging trees which causes loss of gps signal which results in boundaries not being accurate.
press record in a corner of field then pause if it’s a straight line drive round trees etc and at next corner press record again it will then join the points with a dead straight line if it’s a curve etc use a wider implement and go round field that can sometimes help keep away from trees enough to record boundaries
