Almost a bodge - an old standard lamp with the light fitting cut off.
and a bit or two of steel welded to the top.
Just right for holding things by the cattle crush.

The Simon cherry picker that I'm sorting out had a problem.
Someone had swapped the rear stabiliser legs from side to side, fine except they have a spring loaded tag to activate a switch, which when the leg is inserted on the wrong side catches the dividers inside the box sections and stops the leg being pulled out to its full extent.
Tried all sorts but eventually had to cut access holes in the top of the box sections so the tag could be pushed in and the leg removed.
We do like a challenge.

Almost none stop cake supply since we met...... she's a GP and thus far has not frowned on my cake habit..... think she must be a "feeder"

so she feeds you cake and looks after you when you have man flu ( bad cold ) nows about how bad it is been a GP

I tell you what, I fell of a ladder a couple weeks ago, a week later my ribs on the side i fell were hurting, so i had to admit what I'd done
She took one look said i had shingles, so no worries on the punctured lung scenario i was imagining, text to the practice manager to go see my doc next day for drugs....a further week of pain..... but importantly I'm not bricking it at the thought of some sort of hideous rib injury, that i would be if she wasn't my vastly better half
