False oat grass, cut once then grazed
Keeps coming back because it seeds early before it is cut, guess it really needs grazing in spring to stop it seeding

I don’t know what you’d use for that. Ethofumesate used to tickle blackgrass in ryegrass but wasn’t much good at that and was pretty expensive.
