I would suggest that that is par for the course with regards insurance companies, knowing what my brother & father in-laws take home for being underwriters and brokers in insurance that looks fairly average for a top dog.

Not sure why this is a shock to anybody to be honest. Of course they were going to be earning silly money for sitting in flash offices and not knowing anything about uk agriculture!
