Old water pipes

Hello all I need some advice, an old brass stop tap failed on an old water pipe I assumed the pipe was 32mm so I tried to put a reducer coupler on 32mm-20mm I could then put an end cap on but this old black pipe is a weird size it's to small for 32mm mdpe fitting and to large for 25mm and I don't know what I'm going to do the pipe measurements with a vernier callipers measurements tool is 30mm outer and 20mm inner and I need a fitting that will convert it to 20mm blue pipe. Thank you all in advance.

If you can’t find the correct size fitting you get universal couplers from plasson that have a adjustable fitting one side and standard size on the the other.
Okay thank you, i was just looking now and came across philmac utc joiner is this a similar coupler?

Just one more quick question, when I get the universal coupler what do I do about the black pipe regarding pipe liner I assume you don't fit one into black pipe just the blue pipe side

Last year council cutting verges caught hose and ripped old brass coupling off, replaced with this, 32mm to 25mm blue not sure if you can go straight to 20mm or need a further reducer
