I'm currently trying to source some land, around 5 acres, for the construction of a glamping site - 5 or 6 glamping pods.
The areas I'm looking at include the North of England and North Wales.
Location is obviously key with these types of business but below is a summary of what I 'hope' to find:
I'm happy to discuss the financials and offer with any interested farmer/land-owner. (please reply to this post or contact me via my email below) Whether that be an out-right sale, lease, profit-share arrangement or partnership. Essentially I would like to buy land or work with a farmer who wants to make some additional passive income from their land
I've been looking regularly at the various auction websites but thought it would be a good idea to reach out on here too

- 5+ acres of flat(ish) land
- Somewhere set back from any main road, but with reasonable access by car
- A Small woodland, stream or brook is a welcome feature
- Desirable views, close to local areas of interest, nice walks for visitors or nearby local village/town for visiting etc
- Not prone to flooding.
- Supply of fresh water to the site.
- Waste management ability.
