Had the report back and LLS has 35% incidence. Is this good / bad? Have many others had the ADAS test? At what % incidence would you consider spraying at?

Going to send in some more leaves to be tested tomorrow, though to be honest it’s too wet to spray if it said 100% incidence.

Peter Gladders would have us believe that LLS can be prevented only. I put Proline in with the Astrokerb which should give some protection and stop the bit of phoma getting any further.

I don't know what 35% infection with LLS means. Sounds like it is worth considering treating as it is hard to shift once it really takes over. Have you got anything else to spray for in the next month or so? Lots of growers won't bother & put some teb in for PGR in March if it needs it. What is the crop's potential at the moment? Good? >2 CSFB/winter stem weevil larvae per plant?

Put some Teb in with the Astrokerb 29/11/2020 which has obviously run out by now. The crop looks ok, plant population is a bit low but luckily the pigeons aren’t interested in it at the moment. There is larvae in the plants so it will be getting some early N to try and get it growing away. Hopefully the ‘beast from the east’ won’t turn up with lots of pigeons.
Trying to keep costs as low as possible, unfortunately Astrokerb a necessity, would more Teb be ok or does it really need Proline? What rate did you put on Brisel?

I’m pretty sure in saying @Clive would put very little fungicide on his osr, I do wonder if it’s worth worrying about at the moment.

osr is just a lottery with yields in a good year.

Latest LLS result today. I’m going to give it some Boron this week so should I add a bit of Tebuconazole or something better?
