I have an old crawler I want to re spray. Lots of daft bits to do on it. May put the bonnet and other panels out to a professional but want to do the rest my self. Wheres best to get a decent spray gun and what should I be looking for?

Sucktion cup type for reasonable job or Devilbiss pro lite gravity fed for top notch. (lot more ££££ though)

I have a Devilbiss JGA which I bought in the 1970`s as used to do a lot of resprays in my time off.

Used an airless sprayer for spraying feed silos in a previous life. Managed to create a professional looking job considering no experience in spraying...

Spend the money and get a devilbiss pro lite.

Go to youtube and search for the gunmans channel and the episode on gun set up, its actually pretty easy.

Play with getting paint mix ratios right, put 10% hardner in and it will help it lay flat.

A gun air gauge is a must.

Get a full size mask imo, makes seeing easier than just nose covering mask.
