Petit discs

There’s a set coming up at a farm sale early September 3mt good discs every thing is free and moving as it should. What are they worth? The only thing I can see is the hydraulic pipes need replacing

What ever your willing to pay , like everything at farm sales , nobody knows when to stop bidding and the auctioneer is all ways pushing for the next bid .

The true value is what it’s worth to you and if you don’t buy these what others will you buy. Nothing is cheap anymore. If they are in good condition with just the hydraulic lines to replace they will be cheaper than a fixer up set.

I have found the bearings from agricast and the discs look to be available from Spaldings so they should be ok

That’s the problem I borrowed a set a few years ago from a neighbour that everything was sized on and he was asking £2000 so I guess that’s where these might be

£600, non folding, repairs to the drawbar. Still do a good job. Probably an odd spare bearing/disc to go with them. Discs and bearings easy enough to get
