Had an amazone before the sulky I would say the sulky just edges it for going into less than favourable conditions both 4m rigid, not sure what changes have been made now sky has taken over sulky, also run a 4m horsch pronto, if looking for a new 6m I wouldn't look far past the horsch kr, there were rumours of a 4m folding kr a while ago but not sure how that's coming along

Julien burel who owns sulky and sky bought the factory if frandaunt back in 2020. They had previously taken about 60-70% of their machines out of the factory prior to buying it .

I lose plenty on our Amazon! Let's the rocks pass through easier when one missing.

Land of milk and honey up with you boys!

Alpego been a disaster up here. Know of 3 returned. Dealer given up franchise.

Horsch seem to be gaining ground. There kuhn power harrow
What sort of issues are the Alpego drills having? We're looking for a 6m combination/front tank set up at the minute to run alongside a Vaderstad and Claydon in place of a KV tine drill and I really like the look of an Alpego, mainly the simplicity of the single disc coulter design and how they are mounted (no complicated linkages or press wheels to cause issue on our heavy clay when it gets a bit sticky for the vad, we like to keep things simple!) I've spoke to several operators of the drills and power harrows, done a fair bit of research online and I think this comment is the first negative I've found so just interested to hear a bit more? Our agronomist put us in touch with a client of his who is running with 5000+ Ha on, we went to see him on Saturday and the drill/ power harrow was in very good order with apparently very few problems, and his crops looked bloody well!
