Press wheels on combination drill

Just wondered what opinions people have on rear press wheels behind drill coulters ? Don't have any on my Amazone drill. Are they a must on my next drill? Do people roll afterwards, as i do at present, if conditions allow?

Definitely needed to hold a consistent seed depth with a good disc drill then the following harrow and always roll behind but we're very stoney .

We're a kuhn and if it didn't have the wheels it would be very difficult to stop it burying seed too deep

Our neighbour's had an Amazone that had Rotec discs then a set of wheels that were behind on a bar I think the following harrow in between I really couldn't see the point of them at all

I'd recommend using press wheels. In my experience, you won't need to roll afterwards, unless you are planting lentils. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think lentils are grown in the UK.
