Pumping slurry into a tower

Im hoping to put in a slurry tower. It will be 100m away from the slatted tanks.

Im trying to find a low cost way of automating slurry and dairy washings transfer. Doesnt have to be fast.

I see criman sell a 2kw chopper pump. Would it work.
Anyone have one.

Unlikely, for 100m we use a pump that requires 100hp however there is a big difference between dirty water and paper bedding slurry. We use a 2kw pump to move the dirty water, that’s okay.

its not so much the distance, more the lift from the pit bottom to over the side of the tower, we use a pto nc pump but you will probably be looking more at a 5-10kw electric pump to successfully acheive what you need, just bear in mind a 2kw pump running for 4 hrs will use more juice than a 7.5kw for 1 hr
