Good to know. Can't get the maxis ones to last at all, but I do c15km a day on tarmacI put kenda bearclaw tyres on my 420. Excellent on snow mud steep and wear just as well (or better) than those crappy Maxxis things Honda think are acceptable. It’s now a completely different bike
Don't ask me why but Honda 500 quads are set up from new toeing in. Honda rep told me if you are on the road a lot, adjust the track rods to straighten it up. Doubled the life of oursWe’re having the same problem, Honda foreman 500 is eating front tyres for fun! Before the Honda we had a Yamaha 450 grizzly, the tyres on that were better but I don’t know what make they were, it went missing at 6month old?. Does anyone know what there fitted with from new??
Check the tracking, it might have not have been set right, when the bike was put together. We’re having the same problem, Honda foreman 500 is eating front tyres for fun! +1. Always have them on a new bike now.I have used and abused a lot of different types, some of the expensive ones...... always come back to BKT Wings for the best all rounder.
I've done this got some wide good grip tyres for winter and standard tyres for summer just lift bike with loader and change wheelsJust a thought..... why not get another set of rims with something a bit more roady on them for summer? Got to be some cheapy second hand rims about
Usually as wet in the summer than in the winterI've done this got some wide good grip tyres for winter and standard tyres for summer just lift bike with loader and change wheels
