Do I need to give a Baycox dose to the lambs in the orphan pen? I did the rest of the lambs today but I’m scratching my head about the orphans that haven’t yet set foot out onto grass. Thanks

Yes,I would.Can pick up cocci indoors as well as outside.

Oosyst numbers are greatly multiplied indoors and then carried outside (usually by the ewes). Hence why cocci tends to more of an issue for indoor lambing systems than outdoor. I always put a tubby in with pet lambs and generally earlier than the other lambs as they are pretty much naive to most things.
