A quick get me out of a hole situation for the weekend until replacement parts can be sourced. Threads stripped insode the lifting arm adjuster - drilled hole and bolted it in place:

Had the thread rip out of the bottom part (fork) years ago dropping plough onto a speedbump of all things!! Very very quick run around with the welder to get moving and it lasted few years till eventually we spotted a few cracks developing in the welds!!!

Weaned and dosed some lambs this evening after it cooled down and the barstewards shat down my boots twice in the first race full :mad::mad:
so before i went back in for round 2 against the vicious wild wooly barstewards i found a fertiliizer bag that had blown behind the shed and been missed for recycling. Introduced it to a penknife and made these gater things to go round my legs covering the top of my boots. Just a longish strip tied round my ankles. It worked :D:D no more shitty feet had to throw my socks though and boots might be thrown after inspection in daylight (n)
