Well surely we as food producers can have some input somewhere ,I cannot believe as an industry we are going to let big corporations take our market without a fight .
I take it you haven't been to a supermarket recently ? probably half an aisle of fruit ( mostly foreign ) and veg with similar size chillers with meat. Rest of the food is pre cooked, processed or ready meals in various types and has been for over a decade.
