Do I just keep fixing them? Or is there some jungle juice I can put into them to stop them going down? I sometimes wonder if thorns get them on narrow roads when it’s lifted up.

That’s what Ive done with some. Had some fixed some successful some not.Buy a new tyre , that's what I do , tread is always fine but the sidewalls are fudgeed with the sideways movement

No .Would Solids like on a stacker truck not work on a rake?
Maybe just stotting through bumpy bits then6 rather than 4 ply tyres have helped reduce the number of punctures but I've had to fill some with oko.
Never get punctures at the places that don't cut their hedges.
