Are you going to weigh them and can you confirm their mother's weights? Any figures for their sire and where was he from? PM me if you want. Cheers.
Next time they're in I shall weigh them. Two of them are by an exlana ram (so he's got two sets of figures, one from the exlana analysis and one for easycare!) while the others are by a Glenapp ram. I'm in the process of putting their figures in an excel file which I could pm to you.

As a matter of interest, what sort of muscle and fat depths do you get when scanning?
Funnily enough we were back scanning the lambs yesterday so I've got the data in front of me. Obviously there's a huge variation across the flock and it needs blup to sort it all out really. Best muscle depth we had was 24.2mm with 3.4 fat on a 30 kg lamb, next was 24mm muscle with 4.0 fat on a 38.5 kg lamb, then 23.2mm with 1.33 fat on a 28.5kg lamb. Most of the ram lambs would be between 18 and 22 muscle. I would only keep about 10% of ram lambs on for breeding.

We’ve got two yearling still available from our Signet recorded flock. One is a quarter exlana and was used on some ewes last autumn and has lambs on the ground (which we are very pleased with) while the other is full Easycare and carries one copy of the myomax gene. They’re 100% forage reared, not seen any hard feed. PM me if you’re interested
