how does that work?
Weld a threaded rod to the seized pin, sit hollow ram over threaded rod put a strong flat plate over threaded rod onto of ram run a nut on and jack out the seized rod using the plough body as its own anchor (y) used one for the first time this summer and drew out a 75mm x 500mm seized pin out of the harvester head :)

That is what I should have done before hammering/ riveting the bolt it tight. :banghead:. Local engineer told me yesterday that he has one too.

 In fact IIRC we welded a nut onto it and threaded the rod into the nut :)

Mag drill with a tct cutter will sort that out
I’ve drilled out many a bolt in besson plough this way
You may have to drill from both sides
You can get them in xl series which are 110mm long
Either that or get a 40-50 cutter and drill out the complete bush and weld in a new one
Had to do that once too
It’s a rib or a bend in the bolt that’s stopping it coming out. No amount of heating and hammering will get it out

I suggest, with plough hitched to tractor for stability. Put a decent jack under the beam near the bolt, pump the jack up to lift the beam. There should then be clearance on the upper side to use a 9" grinder with a 1mm slitting disc between the beam & bracket to cut the bolts. Then turn the plough over & repeat
