Removing stuck bolt

@KennyO the best way to do that is get a mag drill and drill round the pipe that bolt goes through and take it out pipe and bolt complete then probably drill out a fresh hole through both sides of the box to make sure it is all square get a new bush made for a 20mm bolt and weld it in then drill bracket to suit, won,t cost much really and then it’s properly sorted. Even if you get that bolt out the hole will still be worn and bolt will not stay tight anyway common issue on older overum ploughs

You wouldn't be able to alter furrow width if you drill it out at 20mm

is it nearly out yet
Think it is staying where it is. Going to weld the bugger up. Tried heating the middle but no success.

I have riveted the bolt in solid. Too much brute force and ignorance @glasshouse

As @Zebbedee described cutting it out would be only option now. If bracket holes weren't knackered i would take this route.

Will weld all five which solve the movement problem.

Buy a good quality drill bit, 16mm and bore it out with a mag drill, slow speed and plenty of lubricant,
However if the rest are the same, then weld them

Welding may not be the cure your hoping for, The material may well be high carbon steel, welding that with standard rutile(6013?) rods does not work. I would advise you to obtain some stainless steel rods, they will weld any ferrous metal to any other ferrous metal, and make a good job of it.
