How many kgs is it worth over a year to the calf

If you mean Rispoval, it works for us. I'm not sure of the extra kgs per beast.
But a live one is better than a dead one and we haven't lost a calf inside since we started using it. Spring born calves get it at housing, usually November and it carries them through to sales in early spring. its worth it.

I thought it may have helped with thrive over the summer months if they were done at turn out In a spring born calf

Not any use in that situation I would say, its to reduce respiratory infections in housed cattle.
Give them a bolus instead.
