A compressor won’t get much milk off a cow on its own!
Conversely you don't need a 100k tractor on a haybob!

Be doing a lot of tractor hours to make fiver a day look cheap for servicing.Conversely you don't need a 100k tractor on a haybob!

Out of interest do you run a service contract on your bots ? Our 3 cost out at £7200 for all service labour and consumablesIf i did everything to the book 3 robots, compressors, vac pumps and bulk tank/buffer would be would £54/day just to service!

How clean are the stainless steel slides inside the cabinet as looks very similar to the classic vms but I maybe wrong but a muck build up on them will not help or lubricants as just makes them sticky and slow.Any DeLaval V300 users here? Are you having any bother with the ACR's not pulling up the Teat cups? Had this problem the last couple of nights and did not know if the cold weather was to blame or just a coincidence.

Yes but you’re near an engineer or two.
Once I thought I was going to have to pay travel for one all the way from Norfolk....
Are they slow or not working at all?Any DeLaval V300 users here? Are you having any bother with the ACR's not pulling up the Teat cups? Had this problem the last couple of nights and did not know if the cold weather was to blame or just a coincidence.
That can happen with any robot or parlour if not protected enough.Spoke to a lad near here with new VMS and he said they have had a nightmare with them freezing.

We have 4 engineers within 10 milesI am 1.5-2 hours away from 3 different fullwood dealers.
But can it? Doing well to get 100litres per hour. 26p odd with us, tractor and man £30/hr. ok not 24/7. Tractor maybe easier way of earning money, I’m finding cows awful hard work at minRunning a robot can earn you more per day than a tractor would!

On classic version issue can arise with the amplifier on the acr ram.
Moisture in these can stop them allowing the vacuum to get to the ram.
Guess you mean try some silicone spray what you mean? They just take notions of lying on the floor, and then pull up, I think the valve that lets the vacuum in is jamming, I don’t know if it is freezing or just faulty.
my classic would be getting tight/slow (2 years old), once a week I take the amplifiers off and spray into the tubes while the clusters are down
Had issues on gate of parlour this morning. Half a pint if hot water and going again.my classic would be getting tight/slow (2 years old), once a week I take the amplifiers off and spray into the tubes while the clusters are down
