My 1993 Sanderson 625 ( Perkins engine) telehandler is getting a bit sluggish in drive. I have never topped up the oil in the torque converter or any other parts of the transmission. Don't have a manual for it, how do you check fluid levels and what oil should I use to top it up, pics or diagram would be helpful.
Thanks

Theres a tube on the bottom of the transmission with a plug in it, with machine running the oil level is to the top of that tube. its ATF dexron 2 oil spec. Tube is the level and filler BUT its a right pain in the arse, once your somewhere close its easier to pour the last bit in via the plastic breather on the top.

I think i'm right in saying all 625 models were the dreaded speedshift (powershift) transmission.

The drop box on the front of the transmission is a seperate oil level, got a cap screw (allen key socket) half way up on the front of it. EP80-90 gear oil in that, filler is a plug on the top.
