Got a couple of 3-4week old lambs scouring a bit down their legs. Pale yellowy/grey. Seem well in hhemselves. Should I be treating them with anything?? Is it Crytopto......?

cocci i expect , either vecoxin (will need 2 doses 10 days apart) , or tolracol one dose when they have been exposed , lasts couple weeks costs price 1 1/2 times vecoxin , i use tolracol ,better cover but vet only

Thanks for reply. I'll admit I didn't think it was cocci, as its normally darker. Had in mind to drench them for it soon anyway, as do suffer with it here, but wasn't expecting it just yet. Will get on with it!!!

that first scour is often white yellow (from milk) and will knock the edge off them very quickly at that age , about 3-4 weeks old , that tolracol is 2ml ,one dose sorts it permanently , we used to clean the big pens between batches but now leave it so they get exposed and can be treated before turnout along with first hep dose
