How high do you want to go, I will start at 250 this week when it blows off

250kg/ha sounds good, should be competitive against blackgrass at that rate.

kg/ha but its into some mg index 8 and 9 stuff,

Latitude dressing is probably more important than seed rate. My first and second wheat have generally been sown at 320 seeds M2 at the end of September beginning of October. Single purpose dressing for first wheat and Latitude for the second. Not usually much yield difference but this year the second wheat was the best.
Sown after a 2 year Lucerne lay.
