I would like to upgrade the security on my metal sliding hanger doors on my barn, can any one suggest the best system at a reasonable cost?

Still possible with a bit of modification, use heavy steel plate to cover the lockLove the shipping container covered locks but suited to hinged swinging doors rather than sliding doors.
Dear Steevo, thanks for the reply, I have this at the moment, 2 bits of angle iron with holes, but was trying to think of a locking system that will resist a cordless angle grinder
Nothing to stop you using the container security locks on sliding doors as long as they slide together straight with not too much slack in them, the flip over catches used on drop side trailers are good for fixing to the none locking end of a door, either drill hole through stantion or weld a plate to it for catch to fit through, so you can slide 1 door closed flip over catch on inside then come outside and slide other door closed and lock the 2 togetherLove the shipping container covered locks but suited to hinged swinging doors rather than sliding doors.
