Hello Farmers and Landowners,

Do you or someone you know have farm buildings that could benefit from development and extra funding? If so, my company is interested in partnering with you!

What We Offer:

  • Fully Funded Development: We will cover all costs associated with developing your farm buildings.
  • Extra Payment: In return for your patience while the development is completed and the site is sold, we will pay an agreed percentage on top of the current market value.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your buildings. We will not own the buildings at any point.
  • Secure Agreements: All necessary contracts will be in place to ensure that the agreed overpayments are made after the sale of the developed site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance the value of your property with no upfront costs and a guaranteed return above market value. If you're interested or know someone who might be, please contact me to discuss further.

Best regards,
Kieron Sutherland

You're offering to fund developing our buildings. With a gmail address?
i really don't see the issue with what email address i provide, i was waiting to see what interest was generated before giving my company website, I'm truly puzzled by how standoffish you are when all I'm doing is asking a question. I'm offering to fully fund and develop any outbuildings/land that you may have. im not asking for titles or deeds or anything like that. so what's the matter whether i use a gmail account ??

Why would someone go for this option instead of getting the PP and just selling it to a developer and wiping their hands of it 🤔

Current market value, so if for example your hay shed is currently worth £150000 I would pay an agreed percentage more after it’s been fully developed

A lot of people do I’m not saying they don’t. But what I’m saying is I will give you more than it’s currently worth just for letting me develop it, it’s simple you have land or buildings, I pay for all development, all legal all planning applications and all listings, absolutely everything then I get my team to do the work

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
