Shed/barn rental (how much £?)

Hi guys, have lambed outside since 2015 because I have no barn or shed. Have been fine without it.
Have sometimes looked into erecting a poly tunnel, might do so in the future, but would require permission from municipality.

Have come across a barn (former pig barn) I can rent for 8-12 weeks.
Water and power available.
How much rent per month would be reasonable?

Not sure. How many ewes would use it??

Off the top of my head £50/week, you pay water bill/leccy bill at end and return a clean shed in the state you found it?? 🤔

125 ewes for maybe 8 weeks.
Will probably lamb outside last week of febr again. Was a bit of a gamble to put the ram in so soon. Weather has been miserable for weeks.
Lambing season 2022 will be april/may again.

What ever size his pig shed was? Big enough for 130 ewes too lamb presumably. I’d have thought 60x40 more than big enough for the task. My thinking being that former pig sheds tend not too lend themselves too many other uses? Too low and split up?
Just trying to negotiate a price for two sheds for winter storage.
50p m²?

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
