cold showers...... my word... although its all the rage now with the 'new money'' types. They have a cold shower and do deep brething and talk rubbish!.

HOT showers are a must, easiest way is LPG I guess, seen more than one big bottle. If you use electric showers, then you need a bigger amperage (and cost)
If only summertime use, and maybe if there are only a few visitors solar thermal can work...?
Loos are best dealt with using a treatment plant OR a big tank and pump out and take to local treatment works. The latter will be cheaper in the short term.
Some of the mobile "welfare units" might be worth a look, as it avoids a lot of the wiring and plumbing difficulties as well as not needing PP etc?

We had 4 of them on our site last summer one for each bell tent..
Trailerised shower and dunnie units were not allowed as the facilities had to be for individual tents. The covid rules may be relaxed by the time your guests rock up so you could go for a trailerised solution..
We invested in two shower shacks last year for our new pop-up campsite. Campers love them, nice and warm, look great and are a nice/different/alfresco experience for showering. I think demand and price has now rocketed but simple to build yourself if you wanted to.

Used portaloos for toilets because they were cheap last summer, easy to COVID clean and we didn’t have to worry about emptying as the hire company did this regularly. Still looking for nicer alternatives for this year, I don’t like compost loos.
