Does the electrician get a subsidy from the government every year?

Beef, lamb and wheat prices are currently at record highs. Yet farmers are moaning about lack of money.

Next years going to be tougher with higher input prices but can't believe people are moaning at present.
I,m not moaning, just stating the price difference between different jobs, luckily all my kit is paid for and I have no pigs.

I have a theory that sadly we will never make real money in farming, supply businesses have amalgamated to such positions of strength they are not really in competition anymore so any uptake in farm prices result in an immediate uptake in input costs. This year looks good but increasing costs and removal of ag support will soon hit hard........its just a theory and hopefully i am wrong.
