How did it do for you last year? I think it is currently the most popular GP1 so must be something good about it!What are peoples thoughts on this variety , is it a good second wheat .
But you can’t realistically do anything about OWBM now so no point worrying about something you can’t control. You just have to take the hit on yield and quality if conditions go against you before flowering.Thing is, if you grow another Group 1 you have to lose sleep over the possibility of trying to control blossom midge.

RGT Gravity is obm resistant.i think Fromes' point is that you CAN do something - you can choose an OBM resistant variety in the first place.
So Skyfall over Zyatt ...unless the latter proves to be clear as day better in which case you have a risk on / risk off decision
Kerrin over Gravity etc etc
Says the man trying a bit of Gravity and Zyatt as well as 50 acres of Montana in an OBM hotspot......
mind did 3.5t/ac without any extra effort, all other 2nds were under 3tSky fall works for me, massive yield, good enough protein for Warburton contract, approximately 1.5t/ha more than crusoe, crusoe hit much higher protein.
Both growing again, both ordered for next year too.
