I've done 18 months now, saving money is the most noticable thing really, although being able to see clearer helps, spectacles don't need cleaning as often.
Don't give in you guys, it gets easier,I've lost the cravings, although maybe once a month I could kill someone for a drag I've managed to resist, and it quickly passes.

We had people passing out from the heat at work today
Union threatened the company with us walking off if they didn't cool it down, the air con systems couldn't cope.
Was actually quite unpleasant, I caught a guy on his way down, just fainted

I gave up 16 months ago, went for a session of Hypnosis and this really helped the process. When i see someone smoke i think i could murder a fag then something says no, Fek That. As a lot of posts on here think of what you could buy with the money, i bought this the green thing

I calculated that as a minimum I spend 4000 a year between coffees and cigarettes. Now that is if I only count 1 pack of ciggies and 2 coffees. The reality is that I smoke and drink way way more than that, but I m too ashamed to put the real figure down:(

Another sleepless night:banghead:
I already hardly sleep anyways but this this is torture. Still when I would normally be smoking one fag after another I m instead in bed counting sheep:facepalm:
Unsuccesfully it seems:grumpy:
Maybe a should count cows
Never mind me, lack of sleep and ciggies and coffee is driving me mad:dead:
try counting camels, Bactrian ones then you can count the humps (y)

I come from a long line of late-breeders, by rights I could be 110 years of age ;)
Great grandad was 76 when grandad was born  so I am likely Lionel's generation, perhaps his parent's generation :)

Does it show?
