Dead cert according to a relative because his sheep were playing out in the field yesterday. I laughed but when I walked into our sheep shed this morning our sheep are playing too.

Has anyone else ever been told this?

Strange that i checked on all three fields of sheep today and they were all on great form, bucking
and dancing nice to see them like that....And the forcast is some snow i think!... Barrens oh no didnt think about that

Given the forecast, i’ve Been moving fences most of today, rather than moving blocks on tomorrow and getting my fingers cold.

I found myself thinking how a few days without rain had made a world of difference to the ground, so you can all blame me for any rain that comes now.

We've had a nice week coming since July and we're still waiting. Every week they say that next week is going to be dry, then they change the forecast at the weekend.

No idea who Joey Deacon was, but the word spazz and flid was in common use when I was in school, being a rural-backwater sort of institution, perhaps we were behind in modern parlance?

The old fashioned piece of insult was the veritable 'gayer', almost in everyday use and as common as the series of trick questions about what you would bang Margaret Thatcher for.
