Sprayer line End caps for cleaning chemical residual

For those of you not fortunate to have full spray line circulation, has anyone converted there spray line end caps to either a ball valve tap or anything else to make cleaning built up residual in the end caps easier? I have 8 end caps on my sprayer which are held on by metal forks but are a bit of a pain to get on and off. Would be nice to have a easier and quicker way of taking end caps off or turning a ball valve open if that was possible to clean the lines out.

My old sprayer had an extra single nozzle right at the end of the lines. These had solid caps on the bayonet fitting. Just twist them off when rinsing through.

can you get a tap to connect to the ends what are held on with fork if not
Do you know any one who can tig weld ,might be a pain in ass stipping ,boom lines off ,but tig a threaded end on and put a tap on end ,

Trouble with ball valves would be the residual builds up and goes semi solid and put tiny scratch marks in the plastic ball valves which get worse every time you turn them which leads to them dripping when closed due to the scratch marks damaging the o/rings/seals

Put Banjo male couplers on the ends and blank off with female caps? Cable tie around the arms on the cap will stop them coming undone.
