I wonder whether some of the agrifac operators could get them to spray in a gale?

With that pricing structure, I also wonder how many you would need to get the output of a 24m sprayer.

Too many for mainstream Ag, at the moment, I guess. However, in the future with targeted weed recognition....

I would love to try one for Spot spraying ragwort andf boar thistle in stewardship.... this afternoon!!
Something to look forward to, although the added electronics mean a higher payload.

You might end up spending most of your time on changing batteries in the drone if it is low level flying over the entire area to spot all the ragwort.

Might be better if it can fly up higher, take one picture of a large patch, then select only the areas for the drone to go and spray. You could probably spot most the ragwort from a fair height when it's the only thing in flower, but you would need a very high hes image to spot all the smaller plants.
