Going bigger wouldn't add much to the cost as it is the cutting and bends that have the biggest impact at these sizes, but I guess that the neater and probably cheaper option is the simple U type bracket with the timber packer and pinch bolt between the post and board.
It would appear to be the best option - I think you mean modifying the above to something like this:

Or the following would keep the clamp tucked inside the fence line out of harm - might even negate the need for the screws:

Are the concrete posts already existing? I’m assuming they are or you could just install recessed posts or h posts and slide the panels in.

For the quantity you are needing, Hutchinson engineering would be the first port of call in Northern Ireland I would have thought for custom brackets. Give them a shout and tell them what you are trying to do.

It will be the Ox posts discussed on the fencing thread. No panels. Agri fence on field side and rails/boards on property side.

@yin ewe told me the construction of them. There is a v-shaped cage inside which the plastic strip sits. So it wouldn't be easy to do so. Also, the strip would be too narrow for where the ends of two boards are butted together.
I'd only need about 40, so wouldn't be worth their while for a special order.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I've just thought of a better way to do this.

The below should be simpler to make. Unsure whether a single bolt through everything or one for bracket and one for board to bracket.

Simplifying this again - remove the flat bar on front for compression and just use the board for compression. My concern with this is that the posts have to be placed spot on so that where boards butt-joint together is exactly centered on post. Would this work? Boards would probably be 150mm x 35mm/38mm d-rail.

What’s wrong with a flat plate at the back and longer bolts? Even more simple, less to go wrong too.

A fly press and 90 degree form would be the job for that.
You could easily make the form/anvil out of a block of steel and a bandsaw. The bit you notch out of the anvil could be used on the press. There would be some buggerations fitting the bit to the press, though - whether it would accept a thread or mill it flat the glue/weld it on.

Did I say it would be easy? I lied! 🙂

Why can't you use normal fixings into the concrete e.g. rawlplugs / chemical fixings? I know you said there is rebar in there, but it should be easy enough to find places for a 8mm hole?

How strong does it need to be?
