What make and what’s wrong

its a Kingsland 110. I bought on eBay a while back. Come to set it up last week. Turns on and motor and pump runs ok
On shear side pressing pedal makes it change note but nothing moves. Although it has moved a couple of times
On the punch side nothing moves on pressing pedal

Not sure if he covers your area but the chap who raised @aled1590 shed would most probably sort it and quite possibly with one hand behind his back and while still asleep!!!!
