Anyone else got a letter re the RPA not recieving this years HLS claim form, sent mine in a month ago and got a letter Sat to say they haven’t received it. Not made for a good Bank Holiday weekend I can tell you, have proof of posting so will chase them up on Tuesday. Hoping with the total mess RPA are in its sat somewhere in their mailbox but not a good feeling that I could lose twenty thousand :(.

I sent the RPA some information they asked for which they insisted they never received. Luckily it was recorded delivery and you can go on the Post Office website to see where it went.......... there on the P.O website was a picture of proof of delivery with a signature by the RPA !

I was due some payments in February/March . Does anyone have any idea when it may appear?

Still waiting for 2017 and 2018, so don't panic if you haven't been paid February 2019 !!

I haven’t had any of 2018 yet according to the inspector. There was talk of getting a February payment and then when that passed something before the first of June.

Not sure if you have any contact with the idiots at NE/RPA but its just a mess
I got a letter on saturday to say my claim had not been received, despite me sending it in over a month ago, with the long weekend i couldn't do anything till today, which if they do penalise me will cost me £200 a day. I rang the number on the letter this morning to listen to the usual drivel about shooting licences, brexit etc to eventually get an answer message to say they no longer deal with environmental stewardship claims and to ring the RPA. I rang the number give for the RPA to go through the whole lot again of more drivel then otion this and option that and then option another to NE.
I am currently trying to stop myself internally combusting

I received email confirmation yesterday that they had received our ES claim form. I replied asking when we would be likely to receive payment for 2018 and got this response:

I am afraid I cannot give you a timescale for 2018 claims, however I can give you the advice below regarding hardship claims. I hope this helps.

The RPA appreciate that waiting further for the 2018 claim payment could cause financial issues for individuals and businesses, and if this is the case, we suggest you contact the Natural England enquiries team and indicate that you are facing financial issues.

They have an assessment procedure to see what help can be given and the process normally includes contacting a body such as the Farming Community Network (FCN).

I appreciate that the procedure may seem drawn out, however, the Natural England Enquiries team should be able to explain the process to you and the likely timescale, if you wish to proceed down that route, the telephone number is: 0300 060 3900

The organisation is in the throes of dying.....not fit for purpose....but Gov. is on hold and has been for last 3 years.......it’s an almighty cock up.
AVOID like the plague.
pee up and brewery situation! Meanwhile they are still taking this farmer to court for “daring too not renew a css agreement in 2012.”

that is truly shocking....a govt agency advising ppl to contact what could be described as the farmers samaritans as a strategy to cover for their failings

they have a system in place where they pay 75% of the 2018 stewardship

This should be to every one not those lucky enough to be drawn out the hat

Natural England and Rpa have obviously lost control of their own system

Hiding behind brexit excuse is not acceptable

Snap, I received two letters to say they had not received my 2019 claim sent in on 30th April by e-mail as the on line application they invited us to use would not work. Rang number given, chose wrong option , spent 10 minutes answering questions as I was not authorised to access info. Correctly answered questions to be told wrong site, not to worry as letters had been sent out to lots of people , even some who did not have agreements. WTF ! Rang correct number to get answer machine, left panic message, sent e-mails to any RPA address I could find!
Monday morning I received e-mail to say my claim had arrived safely on 30th April and the replier had personally inputted and not to worry. WTF! Thanks for that.
Now just wait for 2 years payment!

THIS IS VERY SERIOUS...today I phoned RPA to chase my payments for 2018 to be told that they had paid it to me on 7th May2019. I assured them I had not received anything but they insisted that they had paid it . As I keep one bank account soley for RPA monies it was easy for me to check and confirm I had not received it. It will take "a while" for them to look into it, so please everyone if you also have not received anything please ring RPA as they might think they have paid you
