Tank for Bateman Hilo 2000 help

Sorry for not putting this on the wanted thread but a friend has had a moment and put a hole in his tank. I thought this would get a quicker response ?
he’s after another tank or whole machine for breaking possibly if anyone has anything.

Is it fibreglass?? I did the one on my agribuggy, ground it out carefully at a 15-1 angle then built it up in layers of grasscloth and epoxy getting larger and larger to fill the bevelled edge. Been perfect ever since. Easy to do, did it in one layup about 7mm thick.
