LOADING & UNLOADING:
A Tractor & Loader are available to assist unloading sale items and loading sale items on Wednesday 26th June and Friday 28th June and on sale day

DIRECTIONS:
From Bristol – take M5 to Junction 27, then A38 towards Wellington. After 1/2 mile, at the roundabout, turn right onto B3181 towards Cullompton and continue along B3181 for 3 miles, passing Willand village. The West Country Sale Centre is on the left, located behind Culm Valley Car Sales (Same Entrance).

From Exeter – take M5 to Junction 28 then head towards Cullompton. When you reach the traffic-light controlled junction with the B3181 in the middle of Cullompton turn right towards Willand and continue along the B3181 and before you cross the motorway bridge The West Country Sale Centre is on the right, located behind Culm Valley Car Sales (Same Entrance).

ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES:
All lots to be received on site on Wednesday 26th June or Friday 28th June from 9.00am to 5.00pm and day of sale until 10.00am. Other times by appointment with Ed Heard 07903 790397 or Harvey Pile 07738 116669

VIEWING:
On Friday 28th from 12 noon to 4.00pm and on the morning of the sale

VAT:
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20% . Each lot subject to VAT will be announced at the time of sale

REFRESHMENTS:
Mobile Catering will be in attendance

CLEARANCE:
All lots must be removed from the site by 5.30pm on day of sale. All lots can be collected on MOnday 1st July and thereafter by arrangement with Ed Heard 07903 790397 or Harvey Pile 07738 116669

BUYERS PREMIUM:
10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots to a maximum of £200 per lot + VAT

PAYMENT:
We are able to accept debit cards as well as cash and cheques

PURCHASERS:
Prospective purchasers not known to the auctioneers should contact the auctioneers prior to the sale and give banking details and references on 01769 572042

REGISTRATION:
Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
