@farmermartin congratulations on the news, loving the program and no matter what some have said on here i think you all come across very well as hard working dedicated farmers.

A group of pupils at the Grammar school near Drummuir.
Multi year pupils and a teacher who take registration and gives notices etc.
Also used for projects and sponsored walks etc.
Oh and everyone on This Farming Life has my admiration and respect.

A word of warning, reference to calving aids, ropes zips, ect is best avoided!
You'll have to let us know how you score for calving ease, I'm hopeless two zip jobs!!
I think it is good to have livestock farming families featured , in the series as let's be honest there is a hell of a lot more work with livestock farming than arable.
It should show the general public the hard work,hours and dedication that those farmers endure every day,NOT all jobs being done from air con tractor cab.

@farnermartin With Jumbo did you find with him being so big ot took him a while to really get growing and going???
We had a large bull calve few year back (70+kg) and he sort of stalled in growth at 3 weeks for a few months then took off again!
Great show tho and even learning some things ie cold bucket on them once calved!
