Hi, has anyone got a contact for sprockets?
the machine is a kubota kg65 small crawler. Very rare and been imported so getting parts is a nightmare.
tried astrak with no luck. Cautrack can get them but £1650 each! And 12 week lead time from Japan. Just wondering if there is any other options.
Thanks

Can you get any brand of sprocket, with the correct no of teeth and pitch suitable for your tracks. Then just gas cut to enable the new rim to be welded to your existing hub .or maybe you should be able to get just the outer rim new to weld on to your old sprockets... Think outside the box as they say.

Cannecom or some similar name made lots of crawlers especially smaller ones for many people like Kubota, Ausa etc - not sure why this is black heavy typing - must have caught a key!

They are available as I remember welding some years ago. They had bought just the outer teeth similar to a ring gear and stuck old ones in lathe to machine to fit. Apparently I was very good with the mig so was given job of welding them!!

Kubota KG65 crawler65 hp (48 kW)same as Mitsubishi MKM65
Yes this is what I’ve learnt it’s a copy of the Mitsubishi. And the same sprockets.
apparently they are 90mm pitch…..so if I could something like that and I have to adapt then so be it. Local kubota dealer never seen one nor can find any details about them!

Probably those type of crawlers were only built for the asian market ,maybe even southern europe .
Shouldnt think there was a demand for them in the UK ( presuming that is you are in the UK )
